The Chartiers-Houston Community Library inspires lifelong learning and encourages the development of independent, self-confident and literate citizens by providing a staff, up-to-date technology, and quality materials, programs and services.
Basic Library Information:
Internet
Patron computers with internet and word processing capabilities are available free of charge to all library cardholders. Printing is available via these computers at $0.25 per black and white copy/side, and $0.50 per color copy/side. All computer users must follow the Chartiers-Houston Community Library Internet Policy when using our computers or accessing the WiFi via their own device. Users under 18 must have the internet policy acknowledgement validated by a parent or guardian OR use the library computers only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Free WiFi is also available on library grounds.
Copy Services
Patrons can bring items to the library for copying. Copies are charged at $0.25 per black and white per copy/side, and $0.50 per color copy/side. Library staff will assist patrons with all copy services.

Faxing
The library is able to send faxes for patrons. Fax costs are $1.00 per page, including cover page.
Community Room Rentals
Library Community Room Rentals are available, please see the below Community Room Use Agreement Form for details on pricing and reserving the space. We cannot rent the room during our Summer Reading Weeks which take place sometime between June and August. Please call and speak with staff before trying to reserve the room.

Honors/Memorials:
Consider honoring someone special. Congratulate a graduate, honor an anniversary, thank a co-worker, or present a memorial. The library accepts monetary donations to honor the memory of individuals or celebrate a special occasion. Notification of donation gifts can be sent to the memorial family or the honoree.
